Hi everyone,
I have two updates for you so let’s jump right into it....
Product Availability
We are currently out of stock on dimmer switches and on/off switches, but we did just get additional units of the keypad dimmer (6-button) last week. Unfortunately, although we had orders in place with our manufacturing partners that would have eliminated this out-of-stock situation, there was a chip shortage that is delaying our production orders by about 2 months. We have pulled every lever to expedite these deliveries and were able to pull in the delivery of the dimmer switches to mid-March. However, we do not expect to be back in stock with the on/off switches until mid-May. In the meantime, we encourage you to select the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE option on each product you are interested in to get an alert email the moment it comes back in stock. Additionally, we will continue to work with our partners to mitigate shortages like this in the future.
“Lunch with Insteon” Webinar on April 5
We will be doing the next installment of our “Lunch with Insteon” webinar series on April 5, 2024, at 9am PDT. Richard will be going through the Director app to show all the improvements and enhancements the team has been working on for the past year or so. Of course, we will also share some other news and have a Q&A session.
If you are still using the old Insteon for Hub app or maybe even a third-party controller for your Insteon devices, I highly encourage you to join the webinar to see what Director has to offer.
Keep the Feedback Coming
If you have some feedback for us, you can let us know here. You can tell us product feature suggestions, product availability requests, comments about our website, or just general feedback. Be sure to select what type of feedback you are submitting in the “Select Feedback Type” dropdown menu.
Every one of these submissions are read by our executive management team.
Thanks,
Ken CEO, Insteon Technologies
