The following is a letter sent out to our Insteon Hub users:
Hi all,
First off, I know it has been awhile since my last update and I apologize for that. Today, I am ready to share with you some of our plans for our mobile app and how you can get involved.
We are working on enhancements to the Insteon Lighting app*. This next update addresses some known issues and we expect to release this in the Fall.
The next step will be to start adding additional device support to the Insteon Lighting app. This is where you and the rest of the Insteon community comes in. In order of priority, we would like to know the top three Insteon products you would like to see supported in the Insteon Lighting mobile app. Before you go to the survey, take a minute to review what devices are currently supported in the Insteon Lighting app. Then, please click here to share your thoughts on product support [survey will close Sept 19].
Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Just like you, we wish could just snap our fingers and have some things happen in an instant. I am hoping by sharing this peek at our plans gives you the confidence that we are in this for the long haul.
Ken
CEO, Insteon Technologies
* The Insteon Lighting app does not support Hub 1 and note that we are not able to do any further development on the Insteon for Hub app.
