You can delete your Insteon Hub account at any time. Please note that when you delete your account you will no longer be able to use your Insteon app to control your Insteon devices and scenes. If you want to setup a new Insteon Hub account using the same Insteon Hub, you will need to factory reset your Hub and all connected devices (switches, sensors, etc.) for proper operation.

Deleting your Insteon Hub account also removes access from other application integrations such as voice assistants (Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant) and any other applications you may have linked to your Insteon Hub account.
If you have an existing Hub subscription with automatic renewal enabled, you also need to visit our web store (https://shop.insteon.com) and cancel the subscription renewal to avoid getting automatically charged for a renewal when your current Hub subscription expires.
Once your Insteon Hub account is deleted, you cannot recover it.
