See What’s Eligible: Identify which of your single-band Insteon models are eligible for trade-in by reviewing the table below.
Pick Your Trade-Up Product: Within the table review the list of dual-band equivalent models eligible to trade-up. Follow the links to add the products to your shopping cart and place your order. Trade-Up Program orders must be placed by April 15, 2025!
Swap Out The Old For The New: After receiving your trade-up order and swapping out the older ones, collect the products to return and fill out the “Trade-Up Form”.
Ship ‘em Back: Pack up the return products along with the form and ship to the address below. You have 60 days to send in your old devices.
