Check to make sure you’ve got an active Hub Access subscription: Visit https://connect.insteon.com/Account/MyAccount and log in using your Insteon mobile app credentials.

If you see that the subscription has ended, visit https://shop.insteon.com/products/hub-account-access to renew. Please note it may take up to 30 minutes after placing the order to update.

If you have renewed and still unable to connect, please contact Insteon Support.
