The Insteon Hub account services experienced a period of sustained traffic for an hour today. During this time you may not have been able to log into your account as well as not received alert notifications (push or email). During the outage any schedules would still remain functional.

The Insteon database was re-indexed and optimized to be able to support the higher traffic. All services have been restored.
