Insteon released a code update to the production environment that caused an issue with the Command processor responsible for updating device status. During this time commands were executed properly but the app showed incorrect status. During this 2nd release the developers were able to identify the issue with the previous deployment and the current deployment. 

Resolution

The code update was rolled back, corrected and pushed back out.

Services have returned to normal .
